Dear customer, we hope you will read the following when registering on our platform and before completing your purchase, as registration and completion of the purchase will be considered as acceptance of these terms and conditions:
First: Disclaimer
· The contents of the RK platform for the sale of tobacco products and accessories are subject to limited copyright ownership by Ras Al-Kif, its suppliers, and its contracted companies, and the use of any content therein without prior permission is considered a violation of the property rights and public information contained in the platform or application for personal use only. It is subject to change without notice.
· Your use of any information or materials on this website is at your own risk, and Ras Al Khaimah and the RK platform are not responsible. It is your responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. The RK platform and Ras Al Kif are not educational platforms and are not responsible for explaining and teaching buyers how to use the products.
The RK platform contains materials owned or licensed by us or our partners. It may include, but is not limited to, materials under general licence, and may include designs, layouts, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions, to us or the licence owners.
Unauthorised use of the RK platform may result in a claim for damages or be a criminal offence.
From time to time, the RK platform may include links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience and to provide further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s). We have no responsibility for the content of the linked sites.
· Please note that we may not be affiliated with the companies mentioned on the site, and we acknowledge that the products, company names and logos mentioned on this site are trademarks of their respective owners.
Second: Termination of Use
· We may terminate your subscription or suspend your account from accessing all or part of the RK platform, without prior notice, for any behaviour that, in our opinion, we believe to be a violation of any applicable law, a breach of these terms and conditions, or harmful to the interests of other users or our partners. In addition, we reserve the right to refuse any customer request at our sole discretion and legal judgement.
· A customer's account will be cancelled from the RK platform in the following cases:
- Repeated cancellation of orders more than 3 times in a row or as determined by the platform's quality department.
- Failure to receive the order on time more than 6 times.
- Verification of age and clarification that the person who created and manages the account is under the legal age specified in the registration, in order to confirm that our products are for use by persons of legal age (over 18 years old). Upon delivery of orders, the delivery team has the right to request the presentation of the civil ID card of an adult over the age of 18. If the legal age is not exceeded, we have the right to cancel the order without compensation or refund and cancel the account that submitted the order.
Third: Cancellation/Modification of Orders
· If you wish to cancel your order before delivery, please send the order number to customer service via the Contact Us link before shipment, along with a message to the designated WhatsApp number within a maximum of 20 minutes from the time of order.
· The RK platform reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including restrictions on the quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information.
· You cannot change an order once it has been confirmed. If you wish to change your order, please place a new order and send a message to customer service to cancel the old order before the shipment or delivery process is completed so that all orders are not cancelled.
Fourth: Shipping and Delivery
· At RK, we strive to deliver all orders based on the delivery and shipping dates specified in advance through the system. However, we cannot fully control the logistics operations, which may be subject to certain circumstances that may delay or advance the delivery date.
· The RK platform is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of orders if the address or contact number provided is incorrect. The order will be cancelled, and no future orders will be accepted from that account as it will be considered a fake account.
· In the case of multiple orders, it is possible to deliver the orders at the same time, and this will not change the delivery fees mentioned in each order. Delivery fees will be charged separately for each order delivered, as stated on the invoice. However, the customer will not be charged any additional amount other than the amount stated on the total invoice for each order.
All orders are placed through the platform, and no new products can be delivered unless a new order is created.
The minimum order amount is 100 riyals for shipping.
Returned orders: The shipping and return fees will be deducted as a service charge and are not related to the products (whether damaged or defective).
Fifth: Prices and Product Availability
· Prices and product availability on the website are subject to change without notice.
· We strive to correct any incorrect prices or unavailable products as soon as we discover them. However, because our platform contains a large number of products from multiple stores, this may occur despite our best efforts.
· Some products listed on our platform may have incorrect prices. We will verify prices as part of our procedures when delivering the order for shipment. If the correct price of the product is lower than the advertised price, the lower, correct amount will be charged upon delivery of the order.
· If the correct price of the product is higher than the advertised price, we will notify the customer of the additional amount before sending the order or cancel the order and notify the customer of the cancellation.
· The RK platform is not obliged to provide the product at the incorrect advertised price even after sending the "order confirmation" message, and the customer will be notified of this if necessary.
· Sometimes, you may be able to add a product to your shopping cart and complete the purchase on the website, but your order may later be cancelled due to the product being unavailable. Due to the rapid sale of products through the platform, there may be a short period of time after the purchase confirmation, but the product may run out of stock in those moments. In that case, we reserve the right to cancel your order after you have received an "order confirmation" message without compensation and return your financial rights to your wallet on the platform.
